Carstom Singapore is committed to making your shopping experience a success. If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, we will accept returns of sealed, unopened merchandise for up to 7 days from date of purchase for a full refund via store credits.

Proof of purchase or packing slip invoice is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price less shipping costs. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of in store credits .

All online orders must be returned via the method described below.


Processing a Return with Invoice & Delivery Order

The invoice and delivery order received in your shipment includes an official invoice and delivery order for your convenience. If you retained these forms, please follow the instructions below to process your return:

A.     Securely pack your item(s) in your original box or another box. Ensure labels are removed if you use the original box.

B.     Drop by a message via our contact us form and indicate the invoice number. Do also write a return reason code and the quantity for each item from the order that is being returned. Also indicate the AWB no. of the return shippment in the message.

Return reasons are as follows:

  1. Incorrect content
  2. Incorrect content's capacity
  3. Incorrect packaging
  4. Damaged / Defective
  5. Color faded / Discolored
  6. Not as pictured
  7. Damaged in transit
  8. Manufacturing defects

C.     Put the Original Invoice and Delivery Order into the box before sealing it.

D.     Seal the package.

Our exchange policy does not include items on sale or clearance.

Refund of Items

Refund of Carstom items will be in the form of store credits. Refund/exchange policy of each respective items is determined by Carstom Singapore. No refund/exchange policy for sales items.
